Steering and Suspension

We have a variety of trainers to show students the fundamentals of steering and suspension. The hydraulic suspension trainer that we offer, shows students how the system works and cycles when the vehicle hits a bump in the road, and its small size gives you the ability to operate it in a classroom without the need to go into the lab. The ABS 4×4 suspension trainer shows students all the components of an ABS on the vehicle without the need for an entire vehicle in the lab. It is driven by an electric motor so not only can students see the ABS components, they also can read sensor values with a scanner and see how the whole drive train operates from the transfer case back. Our front suspension trainers show you the three main types of systems used on today’s cars. They have a scissor lift jack so students can safely cycle the suspension. The jacks can also be used to aid in changing the springs out or ball joints
