V-22 All Aluminum Maintenance Platform

V-22 All Aluminum Maintenance Platform Features:

The V-22 stand is a all aluminum stand that boasts a lot of cool features
The stand moves up and down 16”
Stand is raised on the casters meaning you can move the stand around at any height. No more lowering it back to the lowest height just to move it over 4”. Once stand is in place the second jacks raise the casters off of the ground.
All handrails pivot down on the back side of the stand so the aircraft can be moved in and out of the stand without having to move the stand position
The nacelle doors swing down out of the way and have a gas support shock so they are easy to move and will not swing down and hit someone when opening the pins. With this system the force required to raise the do is very low
Area around the drop down doors has drop in handrails to provide fall protection when deck in the lowered position. When the handrails are not needed around the nacelle they store along the outside perimeter of the stand on the inside of the handrails with mounting holes in the floor
The AFT side of the wing has sliders that extend out to the nacelle and is at canted at the same angle as the wing for ergonomics when working on the rear side of the wing
This large stand has many pieces so each large section has a metal engraved plate used for part identification
There is a 24” tall step on the front edge of the stand located in front of the wing for leading edge wing work
All areas that could coming contact with the aircraft have protective bumpers
The stand has over the fuselage handrails to provide fall protection for personnel on top of the aircraft
Every section has large stickers displaying live and dead loads along with caution/warning stickers
Stand is equipped with electrical, air, vacuum, and Ethernet connections at 12 locations throughout the stand
Staircase has variable pitch steps meaning they stay parallel to the ground no matter the stand height and have even spacing through every step

The V-22 stand has a aluminum deck and steel legs

Jacks located next to the casters raise and lower the stand

The nacelle access area has a large deck section that drops down on nylon bushings and with manual jacks. With two people you can crank the access area down and use it as platform to work on the nacelles
Area around the drop down deck has drop in handrails to provide fall protection when deck in the lowered position

B-2 Stealth Bomber Maintenance Platform

B-2 Stealth Bomber Maintenance Platform Features:

Stand working weight capacity:1200 lbs
Stands measures 312” on inboard wing, with a 110° angle, 468” outboard wing, and a width of 66”
Decking is nonslip surface and self draining
Outboard wing has cabinets the length of the forward side
Each stand module has compressed female air receptacles. The receptacles are evenly spaced throughout the stand module and have a single point connection to connect shop air.
Each stand module has 120v 2 plug electrical plug ins evenly spaced throughout the stand module and have a single point connection for electricity source with a 220v plug
Cabinets are enclosed on three (3) sides and are load rated for 50lbs
Inboard wing has three (3) large drawers enclosed on three (3) sides that pull out from the forward side measuring 100 inches long and 50 inches in depth and have a load rating of 150 lbs per drawer. Drawers have a 3” lip surrounding the drawers on all sides.
Both inboard and outboard wings have steps on both ends as well as one stairway in the middle
Inboard and outboard wings have safety rails 42 inches high
Safety railing assembly incorporates a toe board for safety
Stands are sectional for easy storage.
Stands are inter-lockable so as not to move apart from one another with a tool-less latching system
Steps on each end of the stands inter-lock to the stands
Casters lift off of the ground with jacks so that once the stand is in place the caster are off of the ground
Stands are corrosion resistant—made from 6061 aluminum

LC-130 Maintenance Platform

LC-130 Maintenance Platform Features:

These stands are deployable and fit on two standard aircraft pallets
The base structures are constructed of steel with a zinc plating for strength and corrosion resistance
Deck, handrails, and stairs are constructed with 6061 aluminum
Stairs connect to stand in any orientation (perpendicular or parallel to stand deck) or on the side or back of the deck which allows you to use them more efficiently
Stand and stairs raise up and down 36”
Stands sit on 8” casters and can be rolled around at any stand height because the lifting system extends the legs of the stand
Stairs connect to the stand with a tool-less latching system that is simply and can be performed with one person
Stand and stairs come with a tow bar for easy transport

Platform moves from 3’ above the ground to 10’
Platform is approximately 4’ x 11’
Stairs are 48” wide
Stand has 16” pneumatic tires that allow for easy transport from job to job
Stabilizer jacks are located at the back of the stand to hold it in place
Handrails are 42” tall with a midrail at 21” and a 8” toekick
All handrails on stairs and platform are removable and can be stored on the base of the stand
Platform capacity is 500 lbs.
It comes with a tow bar that can be hooked easily to a tug, forklift, or truck
The platform is raised with a contained hydraulic system that is manually operated. (We do offer an air-over-hydraulic option for an additional cost)
The hydraulic cylinder has a safety locking pin in case of a hydraulic failure
The hydraulic system has restrictors in case of pressure failure
Platform and stair steps have non-slip grip strut

MH-60 Maintenance Platform

MH-60 Maintenance Platform Features:

These stands are deployable and fit on standard aircraft pallets
Constructed with 6061 aluminum
Stairs connect to stand in any orientation (perpendicular or parallel to stand deck) or on the side or back of the deck which allows you to use them more efficiently
Stand and stairs move up and down 12” through custom machined nylon bushings in the legs. These bushing have a very long life cycle and done require any maintenance
Stands sit on 8” casters and can be rolled around at any stand height because the lifting system extends the legs of the stand
Stairs connect to the stand with a tool-less latching system that is simply and can be performed with one person
Stands can be connected together to make one long stand or used independently
Deck have sliders on the side that faces the aircraft
